The Carbon Scrubber?

Klaus Lackner, a physicist at Columbia University in New York, plans on building a device that would clean carbon releases from your house up to a ton a day.
Great the crisis is solved we won't be eating each other as Ted Turner suggested earlier this summer right? Not so fast. First it is my opinion that the belief of man made global warming is a hoax designed to take freedoms away from people and their money as well.
And proof this is a quote by a member of Green Peace: "There's no magic bullet to save us from the problem of global warming," said Kert Davies, a so called energy expert for Greenpeace USA in Washington, D.C. "Removing greenhouse gases so readily will not encourage people to develop alternate, renewable technologies, he said, and strive for energy efficiency."
Really? I thought the whole problem was Co2 in the atmosphere. Apparently not. Now one my argue that fossil fuels will one day run out thus we have to develop alternative energy. But why not in the meantime drill for more oil and gas? If we are close to developing the technology to remove C02?
Does cheaper gasoline help the poor or rich people more? Obviously the poor. And that's the problem with organizations like Green Peace, or the DNC for that matter. They claim they want to help the little guy but if you look at their actions it's hard to prove that.
Their sky is falling threats and trade and cap policies are obvious. It's simply a money and power grab. They don't have the common persons interests involved at all.
